What we collect

Name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you voluntarily submit through our contact form or Free Brand Audit request, including your website URL or Instagram handle if you choose to share them.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver the brand audit or service you requested, and, only with your separate consent, to follow up with relevant marketing communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, after which it is deleted on request or as part of routine record clean-up.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and may object to it being processed for direct marketing. Contact the Information Officer above to exercise any of these rights.

This site does not currently use non-essential tracking or marketing cookies. If that changes, this policy and an opt-in cookie notice will be updated accordingly before any such cookies are set.
